AutoSparesZone operates as an independent vehicle parts request and supplier-connection platform. We do not sell, stock, manufacture, inspect, store, package, or ship vehicle parts.

Our role is strictly limited to:

• Collecting vehicle and part request information
• Forwarding requests to independent third-party suppliers
• Facilitating communication between buyers and suppliers

All purchases, payments, warranties, refunds, shipping arrangements, and disputes occur directly between the buyer and the supplier.

3. No Sale, No Ownership, No Agency

AutoSparesZone is not a seller, broker, agent, or reseller of any vehicle part.

• We do not take ownership of parts at any time
• We do not control supplier inventory or pricing
• We do not represent suppliers or buyers

Nothing on the Platform creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

4. VIN, Fitment & Vehicle Data Disclaimer

VIN decoding, Year/Make/Model selection, and vehicle information are provided for convenience only.

• VIN data may be incomplete or inaccurate
• Trim, engine variants, production changes may not be reflected
• Third-party APIs may return outdated or incorrect information

Final fitment verification is the sole responsibility of the buyer and supplier. AutoSparesZone is not responsible for incorrect part selection.

5. Used & Salvage Parts Disclaimer

Most parts sourced through the Platform are used, salvaged, refurbished, or reconditioned unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

• Cosmetic wear, rust, scratches, and dents may be present
• Mileage estimates may not be exact
• Photos are representative only

Buyers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with used auto parts.

6. Pricing, Quotes & Availability

Prices, availability, shipping costs, and delivery timelines are determined exclusively by suppliers.

• Parts may sell before confirmation
• Shipping estimates are not guaranteed

AutoSparesZone does not guarantee pricing accuracy or part availability.

7. Payments & Financial Transactions

AutoSparesZone does not collect payments, process transactions, or hold customer funds.

• Payments are made directly to suppliers
• Payment methods vary by supplier
• Invoices are issued by suppliers

AutoSparesZone bears no responsibility for payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or failed transactions.

8. Warranties & Returns

Any warranty, guarantee, return, or refund is offered solely by the supplier.

• Warranty terms vary by part and supplier
• Labor, installation, towing, and diagnostics are not covered
• Electrical parts are commonly non-returnable once installed

AutoSparesZone does not provide warranties of any kind.

9. Shipping & Logistics

Shipping, freight, crating, insurance, customs, and delivery services are arranged by suppliers or third-party carriers.

• Delivery delays may occur
• Freight damage claims must be filed promptly
• Buyer must inspect shipments upon delivery

AutoSparesZone is not responsible for shipping failures or damages.

10. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Abuse suppliers or AutoSparesZone staff
• Attempt to bypass platform systems
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, branding, logos, designs, text, and systems are the exclusive property of AutoSparesZone.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSparesZone shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect or incompatible parts
• Supplier misconduct
• Financial loss or lost profits
• Vehicle damage or personal injury
• Indirect or consequential damages

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSparesZone from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your transactions with suppliers
• Your violation of these Terms

14. Force Majeure

AutoSparesZone shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, internet outages, or government actions.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion without notice for violations of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
